If I thought March was a crazy month, then April is sure to take the cake. The fourth month of the year brought much favour to my reading habits and with the end of the school term, I found myself with an abundant amount of time on my hands. In other words, I had plenty of reading time and managed to read 11 books! Here's all the titles I devoured this past month:

The Bullet that Missed by Richard Osman
Two Can Play by Ali Hazelwood
Benang by Kim Scott
This Book Made Me Think Of You by Libby Page
The Revenge Club by Kathy Lettie
Twisted Games by Ana Huang
Twisted Hate by Ana Huang
Not In Love by Ali Hazelwood
Cinder by Marissa Meyers
Scarlett by Marissa Meyers
Paradise Heights Craft Store Stitch Up by Kate Solly

There are some heartfelt moments and others that leaving you hanging on your seat.

A novella about two game designers and their burgeoning romance as their companies attempt to merge and collaborate on a new game.
Some steamy scenes! Be warned!
A quick read if you want a fast romance story.
Benang by Kim Scott
An intense historical fiction exploring the assimilation and dispossession of Aboriginal Peoples in Australia.
Written by a Noongar man and based on people's lived stories and experiences.
This is an emotional read but well worth it!

This is an emotional rollercoaster that will make anyone fall in love with reading!
I could not stop crying! Keep tissues close by at all times!
The Revenge Club by Kathy Lettie
A hilarious revenge plot thickens as four women in their 50's decide to take back their lives even after society deems them too old to be worthy.
A fantastic read if you need to feel better about the state of the world.
This book brought out every feminist bone in my body!
Twisted Games and Twisted Hate by Ana Huang
These books are the second and third installments to the Twisted series.
Warning: heavy spicy scenes will lay ahead!
Not In Love by Ali Hazelwood
This is a thrilling enemies to lovers romance between a biotech engineer and a business tycoon who for all intents and purposes is doing everything to take over the company she works at.
The twists in the story are unexpected to say the least.
Cinder and Scarlett by Marissa Meyers
This is the first and second books in the 'Lunar Chronicles' series set in a futuristic world where cyborgs are humans who have been granted another life but are treated less than.
Both books are fantastic twisted fairy tales and I can't wait to read the third! A friend recommended the series and now I can't put it down.

Although a mother of three may be considered invisible by society, one woman uses her powers to solve a crime and prove her friend innocent.
My new favourite cozy mystery series!
Thoughts About April
While I am proud of my accomplishment at reading so many books this month, it will be impossible to keep it up for the rest of the year. Right now I will just celebrate what I can achieve and read as much as I can next month.
